Position SummaryThe facility is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist to join its growing outpatient practice in Ocala, Florida. This is a Monday–Friday, outpatient-only position offering a balanced patient volume, streamlined workflows, and support from experienced clinical staff and ancillary services. The incoming Neurologist will diagnose and manage a broad range of neurological conditions in a structured, well-equipped setting. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
EssentialPosition Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a full spectrum of neurological disorders, including headaches, stroke follow-up, neuropathies, movement disorders, seizures/epilepsy, and cognitive conditions.
- Perform outpatient consultations, follow-up visits, and neurological assessments.
- Collaborate closely with primary care teams, imaging services, and clinical support staff.
- Interpret neurological imaging and diagnostic studies (EEG, EMG preferred).
- Participate in quality initiatives, workflow optimization, and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Provide patient education and long-term neurological management plans.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
- Active Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Outpatient neurology experience preferred; new graduates with strong training are welcome.
