We are seeking a dedicated Nocturnist Physician to join our team at Advent Health Ocala. This is a true nocturnist position with no day or swing shifts, offering a consistent schedule and strong work-life balance while delivering high-quality patient care.

• Base Salary: $335,000
• Schedule:
  
  7 on / 7 off (7a–7p)
• Admissions: 10–14 per shift (on average)
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts for extra income
• RVU + Quality Incentives paid monthly
• Sign-On bonus available

• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
• CME allowance
• 401(k) with employer match
• Malpractice coverage with tail assistance

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Hospitalist experience preferred, but not required
• Active medical license and DEA required
