In this role, you willwork closely with

Advanced Practice Providers  andCare Teamsto deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships.

• Strong clinical, communication, and patient-engagement skills
• BLS Required
