Adjunct/Part-Time Instructor – Biological Sciences  Annual Pool)

Major responsibilities of faculty include five areas:

• Teaching

• Public service

Eligibility and qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Biological Science or Master’s degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Biological Sciences required.
• Or MD, DO, DC, DVM degrees.
• Education must be received from a regionally accredited institution.
• Two years of teaching experience preferred.
• Commitment to teaching a diverse student population.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of learning and assessment theories and methods, and their relationship to teaching pedagogy.
• High technical skills and subject‑matter knowledge related to a specific discipline.
• Evidence of initiative, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
