Overview Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience
• Ability to work 1st and 2nd shift to support training schedule and initiatives.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a process oriented environment.
• Ability to work within and collaborate with a team.
• This position will be located at a facility that requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen.

• Duties include, but are not limited to:
  Proctoring in classroom Instructor Led Training (ILT) courses as well as On-The-Job Training (OJT) directly on the production floor.
• Develop training materials for use in training courses, with high attention to quality, role-specificity, and engaging learning experience.
• Tracks, trends and monitors training compliance; prepares routine progress reports on job specific training programs.
• Participates in other quality systems activities such as internal audit, inspection preparation and change control as required.

• Comfortable presenting training material in a classroom setting.
• Working with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills.

Onsite Full-time:
