Job DescriptionThe faculty member's primary responsibilities include teaching, professional development, college service, service to students, and public service, as outlined in the "Role and Responsibilities of Faculty" in the Faculty Handbook. The goal is to create a supportive environment that encourages active student participation in learning.
Qualifications- Master's degree in Mathematics or Master's degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Mathematics or Statistics from a regionally accredited institution.
- Two years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Knowledge of learning and assessment theories and pedagogy.
- High level of technical skills and subject matter expertise.
- Commitment to serving a diverse student population.
- Evidence of initiative, resourcefulness, and adaptability.
