Basic Qualifications

• Must have completed either Option 1, 2, or 3
• No disciplinary action at or above the Step 4 level within the last year.
• Option 1:
  Minimum of a two-year degree program majoring in:
• a. Electronic engineering
• b. Electronic engineering technology
• c. Related discipline
• Option 2:
  Approved Vocational certification in electronics technology or equivalent to the 2 year A.S. degree which should include basic electronics and circuit operation through digital logic.
• Option 3:
  Two (2) years of military service with electronic education and applied experience.

Tester, Senior

You will be the Senior Tester for the MFC team in Ocala. Our team is responsible for testing, retesting, evaluating, and verifying the performance of electrical, electronic, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance with established test procedures.

As the Senior Tester, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts of complex assemblies, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications. You will play a critical role in identifying and resolving testing issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

• Testing, retesting, evaluating, and verifying the performance of electrical, electronic, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical assemblies
• Leading testing efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Identifying and resolving testing issues
• Ensuring compliance with established test procedures and standards

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

• Ability to read schematics
• Familiarity with common test equipment i.e. power supplies, DMM, O-Scope
• Ability to work with a team
• Experience with Microsoft Suite

Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Multiple shifts available

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
