Description
Senior Tester for the MFC team in Ocala. The team is responsible for testing, retesting, evaluating, and verifying the performance of electrical, electronic, electro-optical, and electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance with established test procedures.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Senior Tester, you will lead the testing efforts of complex assemblies, ensuring they meet required standards and specifications. You will identify and resolve testing issues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive project success.

Basic Qualifications- MUST have completed either Option 1, Option 2, or Option 3
- No disciplinary action at or above the Step 4 level within the last year.
- Minimum of a two‑year degree program majoring in:
- Electronic engineering
- Electronic engineering technology
- Related discipline
- Approved vocational certification in electronics technology or equivalent to a 2‑year A.S. degree, which should include basic electronics and circuit operation through digital logic.
- Two (2) years of military service with electronic education and applied experience.
- Ability to read schematics
- Familiarity with common test equipment (e.g., power supplies, DMM, oscilloscope)
- Ability to work with a team
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
