Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey. We are currently seeking an exceptional Onsite Representative Lead to join our team. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, customers are at the heart of our business.
Onsite Representative Lead is accountable for representing Incora Aircraft at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with the Customer Administrator and on‑site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply bins; and for providing an on‑site presence and liaison to assist in monitoring stock levels, resolving issues and expediting critical needs in support of customer requirements. This role is responsible for monitoring all processes, procedures and functions for accuracy and efficiency.

- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; clear and accurate data entry and documentation; strong follow‑through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills, dealing tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers.
- Detail‑oriented, perform in‑depth research when required; cross‑trained in multiple critical areas of the department; competent working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced Word and Excel; open to schedule demands.
- Ability to travel/drive from customer site‑to‑site as necessary; maintain own reliable transportation and company‑approved driving record.
- Maintain ongoing and consistent communication with the Regional Customer Program Manager, Contracts, Sales and Finance.
- Provide operational support and status updates, including notification of critical stock outs; coordinate New Add and/or Off contract requirements; identify opportunities for quality or process improvements; and provide additional value‑added products or services to increase customer satisfaction and profitability.
- High school diploma; some college or college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of relative JIT, VMI or 3PO experience within the aerospace industry.
- Excellent, proven customer service and interaction skills, with direct customer and supplier contact.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a trained and reliable company representative, with positive results.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity.
