Description
You will be the Financial Management Associate for the Financial Management team. Our team is responsible for gathering and analyzing program data for CSR reporting, establishing budgets, developing EACs, supporting Production PMTs, and monitoring overall program health at the contract level.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Financial Management Associate you will be responsible for providing accurate financial data and analysis to support program management and decision‑making.
Responsibilities- Collect and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly CSR data for program reporting.
- Establish and maintain program budgets and develop Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts.
- Provide financial support to Production PMTs and coordinate with Production Control, Engineering, and Orlando finance teams.
- Monitor contract‑level program health and identify variances.
- Travel to Orlando as needed to collaborate with program stakeholders.

LocationThis position is in Ocala.
Citizenship RequirementMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access and must be able to relocate to the Ocala, FL area.
Qualifications and Experience- Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college in Finance or Business Administration or a related discipline. - Desired
Skills:
Ability to develop and use pivot tables and databases to obtain data and develop reports such as tableau reporting. - Desired
Skills:
A good understanding of standard time application, learning curve theory, and hours per unit or cost per unit. - Desired

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced, team environment. - Desired
