Financial Analyst Asc​/Entry Level​/Lvl​/Ocala, FL

Description

You will be the Financial Analyst Asc for the Missiles & Fire Control Finance team. Our team is responsible for statistical payroll processing, compensation administration, data analysis, and supporting labor‑reporting functions across the Ocala site.

• Perform statistical tasks to ensure correct time‑keeping and payroll data, processing exception items.
• Respond to hourly and salary compensation inquiries and maintain payroll records.
• Develop and deliver reports and variance analyses for supervision and management review.
• Collaborate with First Line Supervisors, Labor Relations, HR, and IT to ensure proper labor reporting.
• Audit salary‑time attendance system inputs and act as liaison with the Lakeland Service Center and Orlando Labor Accounting.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Information Systems from an accredited college or in a related discipline, or equivalent related experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access).
• Strong analytical and computer/financial system skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to perform with precision is required.
