- Mon-Fri Schedule
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans and retirement projections for our senior advisors.
- Analyze client portfolios to ensure alignment with their long-term financial objectives.
- Draft meeting summaries and follow-up correspondence to keep our clients well-informed.
- Research complex financial topics and investment vehicles to support our advisory team.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for client review meetings.
- Maintain accurate client data and records within our internal management systems.
- Complete Fidelity and Annuity Applications.
- Oversee production to meet or exceed Key Performance Metrics.
- Attention to detail and strong drive to succeed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred. Experience can substitute for a degree.
- Strong proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of core investment principles and tax strategies.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Licensed 2-15 required.
