Medicare Home Health Marketing Liaison

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medicare Home Health Sales Liaison to join our team. This full-time, field-based position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships within the community to drive home care referrals and achieve monthly admission goals.

• Develop, maintain, and grow a network of repeat referral sources within the assigned territory.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key influencers and referral partners, including physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations.
• Implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and generate new business.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and provide exceptional service throughout the referral process.
• Track activities and maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and referral trends.

• Proven success in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development (home care or healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a defined territory.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to a collaborative and fun work environment.

High School (required)

1 year: A minimum of 2 years healthcare sales experience working with various healthcare partners and an understanding of the overall healthcare industry (required)
