Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Hernando, FL

The Grove Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Hernando, FL. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients by providing high‑quality speech‑language pathology services.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Provide speech‑language therapy services to patients, including individual and group sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent patient outcomes

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Clinical fellowship (CF) completion and certification by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA)
• Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
