Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. From 3pm to 6pm

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or CNA to provide one-on-one care for a female client in Ocala. The client is very great opportunity for a caregiver looking for evening.

The ideal candidate has a big heart and a passion for helping others—not only by delivering high-quality personal care, but also by building genuine and respectful relationships with patients. You will work directly in the patient’s home, following an individualized care plan to promote comfort, safety, and well-being.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including transferring in and out of bed, bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Provide personal care and light housekeeping such as changing bed linens, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe home environment
• Observe and document patient condition, progress, or concerns and report findings to the supervisor
• Build meaningful relationships by engaging in conversation, reading aloud, or providing companionship to support mental and emotional well-being
• Assist with medications and immunizations as permitted
• Encourage and engage patients in light exercises or therapeutic activities as outlined in the care plan

• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving experience
• Current CPR certification
• Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to patient-centered care
