• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

• Support patients in achieving functional mobility and independence

• Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress

• Contribute to a positive, team-centered clinical environment

• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Physical Therapist in Florida

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (Preferred)

• Acute Care, Inpatient Rehab, or Outpatient experience preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning skills

• Team-oriented with excellent communication

• Ability to commute to Ocala, FL 34471
