Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover therapy services in Ocala, FL to provide treatment in a home setting: $100/eval.

Responsibilities- Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting, mostly hospice patients
- Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professionals
- Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
- Having your own equipment including smart devices and blood pressure monitor
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Education and/or
Experience:

PRN
Note: A PRN therapist is part of an on-call pool of therapists who work on a per diem basis. PRN is short for the Latin term "pro re nata," which means "as needed." As a PRN therapist, a therapy organization will send patient assignments for the therapist to follow the POC when they need an extra therapist to treat their patient load.
If you are looking for full-time work as a PRN therapist, it is recommended to sign up with several different companies to keep your schedule busy, as some companies may be busier than others in your area.
