This position is based in Ocala, FL, serving patients in Marion County and surrounding areas.
5K SIGN ON BONUS

• Travel to patients’ homes to deliver occupational therapy services that promote healing, recovery, and independence.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the patient’s condition and home environment.
• Collaborate with patients and caregivers to develop personalized, goal‑oriented treatment plans.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers to support treatment outcomes and independence.
• Supervise and delegate care appropriately to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (as needed).

• Florida Occupational Therapy License (required).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required).
• CPR Certification (preferred).
• Ability to supervise and delegate tasks to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (preferred).

  This is a pay‑per‑visit role, allowing you to maximize your earnings based on the number of visits you complete.
