Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team on a PRN (as‑needed) basis
. In this role, you will provide one‑on‑one therapy services designed to help patients improve their ability to perform activities of daily living and regain independence.

• PRN / As‑needed schedule
• Pay: $50 – $55 per hour

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence

• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and home safety strategies
• Document patient visits accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate patient progress with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and clinical documentation standards

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with healthcare teams
