Nurse Core is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Ocala team!

We’re looking for a caring and dedicated CNA to provide quality support and assistance to a 11‑year old female with a complex medical history, including Charcot‑Marie‑Tooth Disease. She needs assistance with daily activities, including bathing, eating, and toileting. She attends Dreanplex during school hours. Her hours are daily from 7am - 7pm.

• Retention Bonus: Work an average of 20 hours weekly and receive a bonus after 6 months of continuous employment. Paid annually thereafter.
• RN: $750
• LPN: $500
• CNA/HHA: $250

• Patient Care: Provide compassionate and competent support that builds trust and confidence with patients. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, toileting, grooming, and meal support. Help patients with mobility needs such as ambulation, turning, and repositioning.
• Professional Development: Maintain required certifications and specialized training. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, based on the patient’s care plan or assigned area.

• Current CNA licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of Florida
• AHCA Clearance
• Current CPR card
• Negative TB/PPD or Chest X‑Ray within the last 12 months
• Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience
• Effective communication skills
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds at times
