Join a well-established hospital system in Ocala offering flexible scheduling (days or nights), strong clinical exposure, and a supportive care environment.
Why This Opportunity- Flexible
Shifts:
Days or Nights (rotating weekends) - High-Acuity Exposure: ICU, ER, Med-Surg, Nursery, and Critical Care
- Full-Scope Practice:
Work with vents, ABGs, airway management, and acute care therapies - Collaborative Team Environment with strong clinical support
- Perform all respiratory care procedures across patient populations
- Set up and manage ventilators (short and long-term)
- Administer oxygen, aerosol, and advanced respiratory therapies
- Monitor and assess patient response, adjusting care as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
- Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- RRT/CRT required
- Minimum 1-year recent acute care experience preferred
- Experience in ICU, ER, or critical care strongly preferred
- Active Florida Respiratory License (or eligibility)
