We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis
. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to provide meaningful one-on-one care while helping patients restore mobility, strength, and independence.
This position is ideal for Physical Therapists looking to supplement income, maintain schedule flexibility, or reduce burnout while continuing to make a strong clinical impact

- Pay: $50 – $55 per hour (DOE)

- Document patient visits accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate patient progress with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and clinical standards
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with care teams
