Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT). If you’re looking for more control over your schedule, meaningful patient relationships, and the ability to increase your income based on productivity, this is the role for you.

Coverage Area: Ocala / Marion County (Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)

• Pay-per-visit model: $70+ per visit + Medicare differential pay
• Average modified full-time earnings: $120,000+
• Quarterly bonus opportunities

• Create and manage your own schedule
