Claxton Dietetic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition services in an assisted living setting. This is a part-time opportunity for approximately 4 hours/quarter.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct quarterly sanitation audits
- Complete test trays as required
- Provide and/or participate in in-service education sessions
- Perform clinical nutrition services, including nutrition assessments and documentation, as requested.
- Registered Dietitian credential (CDR) required
- Active state licensure or certification, as applicable
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
- Criminal background check
- TB screening
- Drug screening
