Overview

Position Title:

Psychotherapist (LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist – PsyD/Ph.D.).

Location:

Ocala, FL.

Schedule:

Pay Per Encounter | Fee-for-Service.

Employment Type:

W-2 - minimum 2 days per week - 2 SNF locations in Ocala
- Sign on Bonus - $3,000 Limited Time offering.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual psychotherapy and ongoing treatment services.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Coordinate care with facility staff, medical providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and organizational standards, policies, and regulations.

• Active Florida license as one of the following: LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist
  - PsyD/Ph.D.
• Master’s degree (LMHC/LMFT) or Doctoral degree (Psychologist) in a relevant mental health field.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a clinical team.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Experience working with geriatric populations.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living, or long-term care settings.
• Pay-per-encounter, fee-for-service compensation.
• Flexible scheduling with a focus on work-life balance.
• No billing or authorization responsibilities (handled by our billing team).
• Ongoing support from Directors of Mental Health and administrative staff.
