Socket.dev is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Surgical Instrument Service (SIS) and assigned healthcare facilities in Florida. You will build strong customer relationships, coordinate repair and service activities, and provide education and consultative support to improve outcomes and expand SIS services.
You will manage hospital relationships across SPD, OR, Endoscopy, and Materials Management, coordinate logistics, and communicate customer needs to SIS.
