Choice Health at Home is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for our Ocala, FL home health branch. The COTA will implement the treatment plan and support activities of daily living, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
Responsibilities include administering OT treatments, applying infection control practices, ensuring quality documentation, communicating with patients and families, and supporting agency policies. Valid COTA license and CPR required.
