Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Track/document patient progress and outcomes
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies
- Stay current with innovative therapy techniques
- Assign patients to the team members
- Collaborate with Facility case management for Discharge planning and patient care management
Qualifications:
Active Florida Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License Strong clinical and communication skills Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional care
