Schedule:
Day or Night Shifts (rotating weekends) Compensation: $29.56 to $40.65 per hour (based on experience) Differentials: +$4.25/hr (Nights) | +$3.00/hr (Weekends) Sign-On Bonus:

- Administer routine and complex respiratory therapy procedures to patients of all ages.
- Operate and manage acute-care ventilators for both short- and long-term mechanical ventilation.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols.
- Assess, document, and communicate patient responses and therapy outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to ensure safe, effective treatment.
- Maintain accurate department and hospital records within EMR systems.
- Demonstrate self-direction and critical thinking, functioning independently in the absence of a team lead.
Required:
Active Florida Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license or eligibility for licensure Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RRT experience (within the last year) CRT experience may be considered BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
Preferred:
Advanced life support certifications (ACLS, PALS or NRP) Experience with ventilator management, ABG analysis, and critical care respiratory protocols
