Role:
Functional Family Therapist
Responsibilities- Provide in-home and community-based family therapy for youth and families.
- Utilize the FFT model with adolescents aged 11–18.
- Manage a caseload of 10–12 families over an engagement period of 8–26 weeks.
- Deliver weekly therapy sessions, often engaging families who may initially resist services.
- Collaborate with a team and participate in supervision and program activities.
- Expand outreach through community events.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong engagement and communication skills, especially with resistant families.
