Avante at Ocala Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to oversee and coordinate resident assessments, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead in-house therapy services. You will assess, plan, implement, and document treatment programs for residents under physician orders.
We welcome candidates with a BS in Physical Therapy, successful national certification, FL licensure or eligibility, and 0–3 years in long-term care.
