Overview

Cotler Psychology Services is seeking a Florida-licensed Master’s-level clinician (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to provide mental health services to seniors in assisted living and skilled nursing communities in the Ocala, Florida area. The position offers flexible scheduling and either part-time or full-time hours, with support from an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Our practice has specialized in compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care for older adults in Florida for more than 30 years. We partner with over 100 long-term care communities statewide, with a mission to improve emotional well-being and quality of life through ethical, personalized, evidence-based care.

Provide mental health services to seniors in long-term care settings. Focus on building emotional resilience, improving coping skills, strengthening interpersonal connections, and maintaining the highest possible quality of life. Work independently within a collaborative, professional environment that emphasizes patient-centered care.

• Active Florida license as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (or nearing licensure)

• Flexible Scheduling: Build a schedule and choose the communities you would like to serve.
