Soliant is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Ocala, FL, for the
2026–2027school year. This is a full-time, school-based contract opportunity working with an elementary caseload.

- Elementary School Caseload
- School-based setting
- Multiple school sites may be assigned based on district needs
- Duties include evaluations, assessments, therapy services, IEP participation, documentation, and collaboration with staff and families.
- Travel candidates encouraged to apply also (tax-free stipends available to those who qualify)
- Competitive Pay: $42+ an hour, depending on experience
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and ESE staff
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Support student communication and academic success across educational settings
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program required
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License required (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
preferred but not required - Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and assessments preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
