Soliant is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Ocala, FL, for the
2026–2027school year. This is a full-time, school-based contract opportunity working with an elementary caseload.

Position Details
  • Full-time schedule
  • Elementary School Caseload
  • School-based setting
  • Multiple school sites may be assigned based on district needs
  • Duties include evaluations, assessments, therapy services, IEP participation, documentation, and collaboration with staff and families.
  • Travel candidates encouraged to apply also (tax-free stipends available to those who qualify)
  • Competitive Pay: $42+ an hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to students
  • Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
  • Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and ESE staff
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports
  • Support student communication and academic success across educational settings
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program required
  • Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License required (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
    preferred but not required
  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with IEPs, evaluations, and assessments preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
