Patient Care Assistant (PCA)
Join our family as a Patient Care Assistant (PCA)! Caring for others is hard work, and we are looking for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents while building a meaningful career in healthcare.
Qualified candidates hired as PCAs will have the opportunity to complete our company-paid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program
, resulting in career advancement and increased earning potential.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Serve meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Assist with ambulation, turning, and positioning
- Provide fresh water and nourishment between meals
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Record intake and output information
- Answer call lights and respond to resident requests
Transport residents as needed - Communicate resident needs and observations to nursing staff
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Compassion for serving others
- Desire to build a career in healthcare
- Willingness to obtain CNA certification through our sponsored training program
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
