Licensed Optician Full Time

BJ's Wholesale Club, a leader in the warehouse club industry on the East Coast and in Ohio, is seeking a skilled Licensed Optician to deliver high-quality eye care solutions to our members. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the visual health of our diverse clientele by providing expert advice, crafting and fitting optical aids, and maintaining a high standard of customer service in our fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform eye exams and analyze results to offer tailored optical solutions.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on their prescription needs and personal style preferences.
• Adjust and fit eyewear accurately and comfortably for each client.
• Maintain and manage inventory of optical supplies and eyewear.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of optical products.
• Educate customers on lens care and eyewear maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations relating to optical services.
