Requirements Ideal CandidateWe're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate works well both independently and as part of a team, maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, and is accountable, adaptable, and solution-oriented. A willingness to learn new skills, embrace change, and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care is essential.
Preferred Qualifications- 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience preferred
- FrameworkLTC experience preferred
- Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred
- Pharmacy Technician License or registration preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Accurately filling and preparing blister card medications
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stocking needs
- Supporting multiple pharmacy workflow areas based on operational needs
- Assist with special project and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with all company, state, and federal pharmacy regulations
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
- Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations
