Senior Physical Therapist

Flex and Flow of Motion Therapeutics is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physical Therapist to join our team in Ocala, Florida. This full-time, onsite position is an incredible opportunity for an individual passionate about enhancing patient mobility and leading them towards optimal health. As a key member of our rehabilitation center, you will play an integral role in diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care tailored to their specific needs.

At our onsite rehabilitation center, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters collaboration and professional development. The center operates from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that allows our team members to maintain a healthy work-life balance. • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' conditions, setting clear rehabilitation goals that align with their individual needs and health objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans using a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to maximize patient outcomes.
• Administer therapies that focus on enhancing range of motion and mobility, while minimizing the reliance on medications.
• Maintain a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring that each session is tailored to the patient's progress and evolving needs.
• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately using EMR software, enhancing communication within the healthcare team.
• Encourage patients through their recovery process, motivating them to take an active role in their rehabilitation and overall wellness journey.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care, providing consultations when necessary.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

The patients you will serve at Flex and Flow of Motion Therapeutics vary widely, often encompassing individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will be instrumental in delivering evidence-based interventions that cater to distinct rehabilitation needs, helping each patient regain their independence and quality of life.

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• No prior disciplinary actions on your license.
• Expertise in manual therapy and exercise program design.
• Proficient in using EMR software, particularly WebPT.

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is strongly preferred.
• Experience with diverse rehabilitative techniques and a proven track record of successful patient outcomes will be advantageous.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits include:
