Overview
- Perform imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws, collaborating with physician to evaluate images and report abnormalities immediately
- Follow established protocols for all imaging equipment, performing all routine daily, weekly, monthly and periodic maintenance and functions checks
- Demonstrate proficiency at inserting and maintaining IV's
- Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with CLIA regulations and established policies and procedures
- Ensure proper supplies, appropriate medical equipment and medications are available for patient care and Par levels meet facility needs
- Participates in QAPI activities including participation in accreditation preparation and survey process, and maintenance of accreditation, state, and CMS standards
- Adheres to established facility/departmental policies and procedures
- Attends and participates in all applicable facility meetings, training and development workshops
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Manager

Minimum
Education and Experience Requirements::
Required advanced MRI certification upon hire. Prefer at least one year of experience as MRI Technologist. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation:
Employees in this position:
Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose Licensure/Certification/Registration::
Required ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT registered technologist. Must have current BLS certification.
