Customer Service Responsibilities

Cashier

• Greet and serve guests with warmth and personality
• Accurately ring up orders and promote upselling opportunities
• Walk guests through the menu to maximize their experience
• Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
• Handle cash/credit transactions and apply discounts as needed
• Maintain a clean station and comply with food safety standards
• Champion the Burger Fi standard:
  Quality, Service, & Cleanliness
• Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership
