Our client is seeking a creative and hospitality-driven Hotel Curator to shape elevated guest experiences across a premier luxury hospitality destination. This role will lead the curation of atmosphere, guest journey, experiential programming, and lifestyle-driven touchpoints that define a high-end resort environment. • Curate and enhance the overall guest experience across hotel and resort properties.
• Develop experiential programming including wellness offerings, culinary experiences, entertainment, seasonal activations, and VIP guest experiences.
• Partner with hospitality and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of elevated guest experiences.
• Identify opportunities to enhance atmosphere, service delivery, and guest engagement throughout the property.
• Oversee the visual and experiential presentation of hotel public spaces and guest-facing environments.
• Collaborate with leadership, designers, artists, and vendors to support curated art, décor, ambiance, music, and lifestyle elements.
• Maintain consistency in luxury presentation and guest perception across all service touchpoints.
• Build partnerships with local businesses, artisans, chefs, entertainers, and wellness providers to create destination-driven guest experiences.
• Curate locally inspired amenities, products, and lifestyle offerings that enhance the overall guest journey.
• Support customized itineraries and elevated experiences for VIP guests and special visitors.
• Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and service trends to continuously improve hospitality experiences.
• Work cross-functionally with hotel operations, food & beverage, retail, events, and guest services teams.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the property to ensure quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing service and experience standards across the resort.

5+ years of experience in luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, lifestyle brands, guest experience, resort operations, or experiential hospitality.

Strong understanding of luxury service standards and high-touch guest engagement.

Experience in event programming, experiential marketing, concierge services, hospitality operations, or lifestyle curation preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility luxury environment.

Creative mindset paired with strong operational and execution skills.

Professional presence with exceptional attention to detail.

• Event and activation planning experience.
• VIP guest services or concierge background.
• Exposure to art, design, culinary, entertainment, or wellness programming.
• Experience building local partnerships and destination-based experiences.
