Supervise the work activities of the housekeepers and housemen to ensure a clean, safe and attractive environment;
Inspect rooms daily for cleanliness, neatness, appearance and wear and tear;
Report needed repairs to supervisor and/or maintenance;

Assist in the development and implementation of department programs, training, scheduling, and supervision of housekeeping employees
