The World Equestrian Center – Ocala is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bar Back to support the opening and daily operations of White Willow; our refined Asian dining concept located within the prestigious Equestrian Manor. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives behind the scenes, ensuring the bar operates with precision, elegance, and efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities- Ensure the bar is fully stocked with all necessary supplies, including glassware, garnishes, spirits, and mixers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service.
- Assist bartenders with preparation tasks, including juicing, batching, and restocking.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Support the setup and breakdown of bar stations for daily service and special events.
- Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with trash removal, recycling, and bar maintenance duties.
- Respond promptly to bartender requests during service to ensure smooth operations.
- Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Contribute to a collaborative and respectful team environment.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a bar support or back-of-house role within an upscale or fine dining environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a luxury hospitality setting.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
