The Banquet Chef at World Equestrian Center, Ocala, FL, leads the Banquet Operations team in partnership with the Executive Banquet Chef. You will supervise all food production for banquets, oversee menu development, control food and labor costs, and ensure safety and quality across events.
You’ll recruit and train culinary staff, schedule shifts within budget, write menus for conferences and events, and maintain inventory while delivering superior service to clients and guests.
