As a Hotel Breakfast Host at Equus Inn, you will be instrumental in creating a warm, inviting breakfast experience for our guests. Your role involves managing the breakfast area, maintaining exceptional service standards, and ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for each morning.

• Guest Service:
  Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Respond promptly to questions, special requests, or concerns to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
• Breakfast Preparation:
  Set up the breakfast area, including arranging food and beverages, organizing supplies, and preparing the space for service.
• Food Quality & Presentation:
  Monitor food and beverage items to ensure freshness, proper presentation, and compliance with health and safety standards. Restock as needed.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene:
  Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including wiping down surfaces, clearing tables, managing waste, and ensuring overall tidiness throughout the shift.
• Guest Assistance:
  Offer guidance on breakfast offerings and accommodate special dietary needs. Ensure guests are comfortable and have everything they need.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitor supply levels and communicate shortages or maintenance issues to the appropriate team members.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to provide a secure, clean environment for guests and staff.

  Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and management to support overall guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations.

• Experience:
  
  6 months to 1 year in the food service or hospitality industry preferred.
• Skills:
  
  Attention to detail, ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a basic understanding of food handling and customer service.
• Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout your shift
  • Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• Availability:
  Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Communication:
  Clear and courteous verbal communication with both guests and team members.
