We are seeking an experienced in-house corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and support full-cycle talent acquisition across our luxury resort operation.
This is not a transactional recruiting role, and this is not an agency-style requisition management position.
We are looking for a recruiter who understands how to operate with urgency, ownership, exceptional organization, and strong business partnership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, sourcing-driven, highly data disciplined, and capable of managing multiple operational hiring priorities without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
This role requires a recruiter who knows how to identify talent, build pipelines, partner effectively with leaders, and drive hiring outcomes from intake through onboarding transition.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding handoff
- Partner with operational leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, business priorities, and talent gaps
- Conduct intake meetings to define recruiting strategy, candidate profiles, compensation alignment, interview expectations, and timelines
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent
- Build talent pipelines for both immediate openings and future workforce needs
- Source candidates through Linked In Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, networking, community partnerships, hospitality associations, schools, recruiting events, and other creative sourcing channels
- Conduct high-quality phone screens and candidate assessments
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, communication style, operational fit, and leadership capability where applicable
- Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders with recommendations and recruiting insights
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders
- Track all recruiting activity accurately within the ATS and reporting tools
- Maintain exceptional candidate records, interview notes, pipeline activity, requisition status updates, and sourcing documentation
- Monitor recruiting funnel metrics and hiring performance indicators
- Provide recruiting updates to leadership including:
- Time-to-fill metrics
- Requisition aging
- Hiring bottlenecks and recommendations
- Support hiring events, open interviews, workforce initiatives, and talent attraction efforts
- Identify recruiting process improvement opportunities
- Represent the World Equestrian Center brand professionally in every interaction
- Operate with urgency, discretion, accountability, and exceptional follow-through
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of in-house corporate full-cycle recruiting experience required
- Agency-only recruiting experience will not be considered
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments
- Proven proactive sourcing experience with measurable hiring success
- Strong experience recruiting hourly, supervisory, management, and leadership roles
- Experience supporting operational hiring in hospitality, resort, hotel, food & beverage, entertainment, healthcare operations, logistics, distribution, retail, or similarly fast-paced environments strongly preferred
- Strong Applicant Tracking System experience (UKG experience preferred)
- Exceptional data accuracy, reporting discipline, and recruiting analytics experience
- Strong phone presence and candidate interviewing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and hiring leader partnership capability
- Exceptional organization and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
- High business acumen and professional judgment
- Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
- Remote East Coast candidates will be considered
- Quarterly travel to Ocala, FL
- Flexibility for hiring events, operational peaks, or seasonal recruiting demands may be required
