At World Equestrian Center, excellence is the expectation.

We are seeking an experienced in-house corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team and support full-cycle talent acquisition across our luxury resort operation.

This is not a transactional recruiting role, and this is not an agency-style requisition management position.

We are looking for a recruiter who understands how to operate with urgency, ownership, exceptional organization, and strong business partnership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, sourcing-driven, highly data disciplined, and capable of managing multiple operational hiring priorities without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.

This role requires a recruiter who knows how to identify talent, build pipelines, partner effectively with leaders, and drive hiring outcomes from intake through onboarding transition.

This role supports full-cycle recruiting across:

  • Hospitality Operations
  • Hotel Operations
  • Food & Beverage
  • Culinary / Back of House
  • Front of House Operations
  • Guest Services
  • Resort Operations
  • Housekeeping / Environmental Services
  • Retail Operations
  • Event Operations
  • Security
  • Equestrian Operations
  • Administrative / Operational Support Roles
  • Supervisory Leadership Roles
  • Management-Level Positions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through onboarding handoff
  • Partner with operational leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, business priorities, and talent gaps
  • Conduct intake meetings to define recruiting strategy, candidate profiles, compensation alignment, interview expectations, and timelines
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent
  • Build talent pipelines for both immediate openings and future workforce needs
  • Source candidates through Linked In Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, networking, community partnerships, hospitality associations, schools, recruiting events, and other creative sourcing channels
  • Conduct high-quality phone screens and candidate assessments
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications, communication style, operational fit, and leadership capability where applicable
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders with recommendations and recruiting insights
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the process
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates, hiring leaders, and internal stakeholders
  • Track all recruiting activity accurately within the ATS and reporting tools
  • Maintain exceptional candidate records, interview notes, pipeline activity, requisition status updates, and sourcing documentation
  • Monitor recruiting funnel metrics and hiring performance indicators
  • Provide recruiting updates to leadership including:
  • Time-to-fill metrics
  • Requisition aging
  • Hiring bottlenecks and recommendations
  • Support hiring events, open interviews, workforce initiatives, and talent attraction efforts
  • Identify recruiting process improvement opportunities
  • Represent the World Equestrian Center brand professionally in every interaction
  • Operate with urgency, discretion, accountability, and exceptional follow-through

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of in-house corporate full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Agency-only recruiting experience will not be considered
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting environments
  • Proven proactive sourcing experience with measurable hiring success
  • Strong experience recruiting hourly, supervisory, management, and leadership roles
  • Experience supporting operational hiring in hospitality, resort, hotel, food & beverage, entertainment, healthcare operations, logistics, distribution, retail, or similarly fast-paced environments strongly preferred
  • Strong Applicant Tracking System experience (UKG experience preferred)
  • Exceptional data accuracy, reporting discipline, and recruiting analytics experience
  • Strong phone presence and candidate interviewing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and hiring leader partnership capability
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
  • High business acumen and professional judgment
  • Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
  • Remote East Coast candidates will be considered
  • Quarterly travel to Ocala, FL
