Description
Join a small team of 5 to provide IT support and security services to small business clients who are all on managed agreements. Most support is provided remotely, but occasional onsite visits are necessary based on the issue or hardware installation. Must document client interactions and update technical documentation, when necessary. This is a full-time in-office position, M-F, 8-5.
Responsibilities- Provide IT support and security services to small business clients on managed agreements
- Deliver remote support with occasional onsite visits as required
- Document client interactions and update technical documentation when necessary
- Work in-office from Monday to Friday, 8-5
- We are willing to train, provided you have a passion for IT and helping people, with a track record to prove it
- Experience with installing and troubleshooting Windows PCs
- Experience with networking (TCP/IP)
- Experience with printing issues
- Experience with Windows Server or firewalls is a plus
