Attorney – Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation & Litigation)

Location: Ocala, Florida (In-Office Position)

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to lead and manage our Ocala office as part of a rapidly growing firm with multiple locations throughout the state of Florida. This is a fully in-office position for a motivated attorney who is confident in handling both pre-litigation and litigation matters and is prepared to oversee day-to-day office operations and staff management.

As we continue to expand across Florida, we are looking for a leader who can maintain high standards of client service while contributing to the firm’s ongoing growth. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing a full caseload from intake through resolution, including trial preparation when necessary. This role combines hands‑on legal work with meaningful leadership responsibility within a dynamic and growing organization.

• Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-suit through litigation
• Conduct case evaluations and develop legal strategies
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Negotiate settlements in pre‑litigation and litigation phases
• Oversee and manage Ocala office staff
• Ensure office performance aligns with firm standards and client service expectations
• Maintain strong client communication and case management practices

• Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
• Minimum 5 years of personal injury experience (both pre‑litigation and litigation required)
• Proven courtroom and deposition experience
• Strong negotiation and case management skills
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in‑office in Ocala, FL
• Bilingual a plus
