About Us:
Optimum RV is a premier RV dealership dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and top-quality recreational vehicles. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities.
- Conducting regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
- Carpentry, painting, drywall/finishing and flooring
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of facilities, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Lawn Maintenance and general groundskeeping duties
- Coordinating with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance.
- Keeping inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and ensuring proper storage and usage.
- Adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Assisting with other duties as assigned.
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Intermediate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and construction.
- Carpentry and painting skills.
- Ability to perform repairs and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing maintenance needs.
