First Service Residential is seeking a Maintenance Staff Member to ensure all mechanical systems and equipment operate reliably and all common areas remain clean, presentable, and disinfected. You will routinely inspect spaces, address issues, and report findings to supervisors.
This full-time opportunity requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years in building trades or maintenance. You must communicate well, deliver strong customer service, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
