This is not a production role-it's a high-touch, design-driven position for candidates with a track record in white-glove construction. You'll manage bespoke estates valued at $5M+ and up to 30,000 sq ft, coordinating every detail from concept through completion.

What You'll Do

• Manage large-scale luxury residential projects from design through delivery

• Serve as the primary liaison for high-net-worth homeowners

• Lead project scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and quality control

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and premium vendors

• Oversee high-end finishes, specialty materials, and complex custom details

• Navigate change orders and client requests with professionalism and poise

• Conduct site walks and lead regular project meetings

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in high-end residential construction

• Proven success managing $5M+ luxury custom homes or estates

• Deep knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and design execution

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience working with HNW clients and managing complex expectations
